Boulder was the very first misfit and the reason why Mitten Misfits Farm Sanctuary exists today. Sadly, Boulder passed away when he was 35 years old. He lived at MMFS with other misfits for 25 years! Boulder was a donkey with quite the personality. He would not hesitate to let you know when he was hungry or needed entertainment (you could hear his braying from miles away). When Zoey came to the farm, her and Boulder became lifelong companions. Boulder will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
